Record defects with AI support
Any quality defects can be recorded directly on the mobile device, e.g., during the incoming or outgoing inspection, and additional information (defect description, defect location, etc.) can be added in our quality management software. Defects that you receive by e-mail with an attachment, e.g., as part of service activities, are automatically classified and registered by the AI. The entire process of recording, tracking and rectifying defects is documented in a way that is transparent for all stakeholders at all times.
Create order-related test plans with just a few clicks
Using building blocks and templates, you can create test plans, quality control plans, or other digital checklists automatically and in accordance with the applicable standards. If a standard is changed, the software automatically replaces it wherever it is referenced. Documents are automatically synchronized with your ERP (e.g. SAP), thus significantly reducing manual effort. It is always possible to trace which version of the test plan a serial number is based on.
