As a Business Development Executive, you will expand Fabasoft’s partner network for our cutting-edge software solutions in the public sector, playing a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation across Europe - with a special focus on the primary markets: France, Italy, and Spain.
Your Mission:
- Establishing a strong partner network for Fabasoft’s software solutions in the public sector across Europe (outside the DACH region) - with a focus on France, Italy, and Spain.
- Developing and leading a team for local partner support, ensuring it meets specific market requirements - think global, act local!
- Working closely with the eGov Senior Management team to create tailored go-to-market strategies and identify the right partner organizations.
- Managing partner selection, onboarding, and contract negotiations.
- Building a solid pipeline of new business opportunities and driving them towards successful closure.
- Developing strategies for risk diversification across multiple target markets while creating sustainable and profitable growth potential.
- Identifying additional customer-driven use cases (e.g., AI, online services, automation) in close collaboration with the corporate headquarters.
What we imagine you bring to the table:
- A completed commercial or technical degree, preferably in Business Informatics or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in international software sales or partner management.
- A proven track record in indirect sales, successfully entering new markets, and building high-performing teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to embrace both successes and setbacks as motivation for long-term success.
- A high level of resilience and willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French; German is a plus.
- Strong intercultural competence and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, cultures, and business practices.
- Your primary residence should be in one of the target markets, with regular visits to the corporate headquarters to ensure close alignment.
