IT Application Manager - focus on SAP (f/m/d)

This is what your new job looks like:

• You will play an active role in the digital transformation of Fabasoft and contribute your expertise to the implementation of SAP (S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors).
• You will be responsible for the support and administration of existing SAP applications and interfaces, as well as the connected environment applications.
• You ensure the smooth operation of SAP and can also carry out customizing adjustments in the SAP modules yourself.
• You will be responsible for continuous further development, especially with regard to SAP, and will support this from requirements analysis, the creation of solution concepts and implementation through to final acceptance.
• You create user manuals, process documentation and moderate workshops and training sessions with your colleagues.

This is how we imagine you:

• You have completed a business or technical degree (business administration or business informatics) and have sound knowledge of the administration and configuration of SAP systems.
• You have experience in supporting SAP applications and, ideally, in customizing modules.
• You work in a structured manner, have a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.
• Your excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with your assertiveness, enable you to quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
