At Fabasoft, we’re looking for a dynamic Knowledge Base Manager to shape, build, and continuously refine our Knowledge Base.

We’re now seeking a Knowledge Base Manager to oversee the development and evolution of our internal knowledge system. This vital role will shape the future of knowledge access at Fabasoft, creating a database that seamlessly integrates with a Large Language Model to deliver precise answers and solutions across the organization.
This is what your new job looks like:
- Project Leadership: Lead the creation, implementation, and integration of the Fabasoft Knowledge Base, serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (employees and external partners).
- AI-Driven Innovation: Continuously improve the content, processes, and communication framework of the Knowledge Base to enhance its performance as an AI-powered resource, providing an optimal foundation for LLM-based queries.
- Ensure Up-to-Date Information: Maintain accurate, current content so that employees have reliable access to information that is always relevant and ready for AI-driven queries.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and implement strategies to drive internal awareness and engagement with the Knowledge Base, making complex topics accessible and easy to understand.
How we imagine you:
- A completed degree in Business Studies, ideally with a background in Business Education, Economics, or Business Informatics – and have at least 3 years of experience in the field of knowledge management.
- Additional training in Knowledge Management, General Management, Education, and/or Communication is a plus.
- Strong affinity for generative AI, Large Language Models, and digital transformation with a foundational understanding of software development processes.
- Prior experience in the implementation and administration of knowledge management systems is advantageous.
- Change management and project management experience.
- Fluent in German and English.
