Product Owner Development Tools & Monitoring (f/m/d)

This is what your new job looks like:

• As a Product Owner, you will continuously develop the products in the area of development tools and monitoring and ensure an excellent development experience. This includes the tools for the efficient development of PROCECO Solutions as well as tools for monitoring the Fabasoft PROCECO Cloud and its PROCECO Solutions.
• You are responsible for defining and maintaining the roadmap and aligning it both functionally and technically with the current market situation and stakeholders.
• You lead the master backlog stories through the requirements management process and ensure a clean specification, planning, implementation and go-live.
• You maintain your product backlog, taking stakeholder requirements into account, and are responsible for the personnel of your team members.
• You and your team monitor your products and services in the Fabasoft Cloud on an ongoing basis and continuously derive measures for further improvement.

This is how we imagine you:

• You have a degree with a focus on IT and several years of professional experience as a product owner or in similar roles.
• You are adept at dealing with complex requirements and communicating with different stakeholders.
• Ideally, you have worked with the programming languages Java, TypeScript and C++ as a developer.
• You have knowledge of and enthusiasm for cloud native, microservices, IDEs and compilers.
• You work closely with the development teams to ensure that the products meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
• As a product owner, you have a deep understanding of the needs and working methods of developers and testers, can put yourself in their shoes and know the requirements of your product down to the last detail to ensure an optimal user experience.
• You are communicative, innovation-oriented and identify with your product. Your high level of initiative, accuracy, perseverance and assertiveness and very good German and English skills round off your profile.
• You have experience in development environments (IDEs) as well as CI/CD and a passion for monitoring web applications and systems in the data center.
