The Basic training course teaches you the basics of OneGov GEVER and optimally prepares users for the daily use of OneGov GEVER. You will learn the basic functions of OneGov GEVER and how to use them. After the course, you will be able to use OneGov GEVER independently and effectively and know the following training content in detail.

  • The GEVER user interface, in particular how to use
    • favourites
    • recently processed documents
    • Tasks (within your own client, as well as for cross-client collaboration)
    • Notifications
    • the personal filing system
  • how the personal settings can be changed
  • the organisation system and how it is structured. You will learn
    • how the creation, editing & management of dossiers & subdossiers works
    • how the creation, editing and management of documents and emails works
    • how search & filtering works
  • the ‘Inbox’ area and what it is used for

No previous knowledge is required for this course.

Training documents will be made available after the training course.

The training courses generally take place online. On-site training is possible on request.
