The GEVER Expert training course is aimed specifically at GEVER users who, in addition to the daily use of business administration, are concerned with further, specific use cases such as segregation or the technical integration of OneGov GEVER. After the course, you will know the following training content in detail.

- The special roles of Records Manager & Archivist and what rights they have
- the extended functions in the ‘Administration’ area, including
- how to manage user-defined fields (‘Custom Fields’)
- the discarding process according to the eCH-0160 standard
- Archiving completed dossiers
- segregation of content not worthy of archiving
