We are expanding our Internal Solutions Team to include a Business Application Manager!

This is what your new job looks like:

  • Thanks to your commitment, we are creating an exemplary process performance that amazes our colleagues and ensures the highest quality standards (compliance & governance).
  • You will be responsible for the further development of internal IT applications and coordinate their implementation, from requirements and test management to the final acceptance by the specialist departments.
  • You ensure smooth application operation, take care of incident management and work in a goal-oriented manner to develop solutions.
  • You model efficient digital business processes and are a competent advisor for internal stakeholders.
  • You create user manuals, process documentation and moderate workshops and training sessions with your colleagues.
  • You are actively involved in a group-wide project for the digital transformation of the company and contribute your know-how to the introduction of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

  • You have a degree in a technical subject (e.g. business informatics), several years of professional experience and excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You have a solid technical understanding of business applications and experience with common methods and standards in process management (e.g. BPMN).
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy contributing to sustainable business success.
  • You work in a structured way, have a strong sense of responsibility and are results-oriented.
  • Your communication skills and assertiveness help you find excellent solutions as part of a team.
