Lawyer specializing in contract law (f/m/d)

This is what your new job looks like:

• As part of our Customer Relations Legal Services team, you will support management and specialist departments in legal matters and act as a point of contact, particularly in the areas of contract law, international contract law, and as a generalist, also in the areas of data protection, public procurement law, and IT law.
• You will research legal issues and develop proposed solutions.
• As part of new customer acquisition and existing customer care, you will work on the creation, review, negotiation and interpretation of international and national contracts.
• You will also support the specialist department in commercial matters, define and monitor standards from the preparation of offers to project acceptance.
• You keep an eye on legal developments at the European and national level and are always up to date.

This is how we imagine you:

• You have a degree in law or business law, several years of experience in the field of contract law and ideally you have also had some exposure to data protection and/or public procurement law.
• You have the ability to communicate legal facts and issues in an interdisciplinary manner and act as an information interface.
• You are a team player and willing to work on IT projects and software products in a dynamic company, allowing you to make the most of your IT skills.
• You are very structured, have a strong sense of responsibility and very good German and English language skills in a legal context.
• Thanks to your ability to work independently, your team spirit and your communication skills, you quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
