“Family-Friendly Employer” federal seal of quality

In October 2021, Fabasoft received the basic “berufundfamilie” certificate for all Austrian locations and was awarded the state quality mark “Family-Friendly Employer” by Familie & Beruf Management GmbH. In September 2024, the certificate was successfully extended for a further three years.

The opening of “FABIs Kindernest” in 2021 is regarded as a flagship project. Fabasoft is implementing various projects to continuously expand internal family-friendly structures with an extensive program of measures. Fabasoft is focusing on further developing the areas of working hours, information and communication policy, management culture, parenthood, parental leave and returning to work, as well as personnel development.

The berufundfamilie certification is a tailor-made instrument for companies of all sectors, company sizes (from five employees) and legal and corporate forms. The certification process is supervised by qualified consultants who support companies in defining, evaluating and planning family-friendly measures. Every year, the non-profit organization Familie & Beruf Management GmbH recognizes companies that make a special contribution to supporting the private lives of their employees.
