The Fabasoft eGov team was represented for the first time as an exhibitor at the Smart Country Convention at the exhibition grounds in Berlin from November 7 to 9, 2023. The event is an important platform for future viability and striving for innovation in public administration with a wide range of offerings relating to the digital transformation of public authorities. Representatives of leading companies from the digital sector came together with the latest technological developments and decision-makers from the federal, state and local governments as well as renowned experts from science and associations. More than 15,000 visitors and 300 exhibitors used the event to network and discuss modern administration. In addition, around 600 speakers presented their comprehensive expertise on four different stages and provided an insight into practical applications.
Numerous interested clients and customers visited the Fabasoft eGov team at the exhibition stand and received information about the digital transformation with the Fabasoft eGov ecosystem. Demos of the digital personnel file Talents on Fabasoft eGov and the contract management software Contracts on Fabasoft eGov illustrated the functions and features of the products and there was an exciting exchange about the possible applications of automations such as Done! on Fabasoft eGov. There was also a presentation of the "E-Akte Bund" already established in 50 German federal authorities on the basis of the Fabasoft eGov-Suite. Administrative work in times of a tight budget situation proved to be a currently important topic, for which the Fabasoft eGov team was able to demonstrate innovative approaches.
The next Smart Country Convention will take place from October 15 to 17, 2024.
