The high work intensity, demographic change and the associated shortage of skilled workers require innovative automation to simplify and speed up processes in the public sector. It is important for employees to actively continue their professional development, experience a varied working environment and benefit from modern equipment. According to a study conducted by NEXT in 2023, there is a 38% opportunity to optimize work steps and processes. In a survey at Fabasoft egovday 2024, participants estimated the automation potential in public administration to be even higher at around 60%. Fabasoft solutions specifically address these needs. Fabasoft Done! automates manual and repetitive tasks such as document classification and text extraction through to entire processes and promotes a sustainable way of working.

Without programming knowledge: Create rules in natural language
As part of a technology preview based on Mindbreeze AI, Fabasoft presented an intelligent rule editor at egovday 2024. This enables users to create individual rules without programming knowledge. This allows users to formulate conditions in natural language, which the system automatically converts into programming rules. This makes it possible, for example, to automatically check applications in procedures. This saves authorities and employees time and human resources.
